Ondo State
Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has been hailed by Ondo HMB as a divine intervention to save the Ondo health sector. In Ondo State’s history, Mr. Governor’s efforts have been unparalleled. For instance, no governor authorized level 17 for pharmacists in the Ondo state health sector, no governor hired every casual employee of our 24 institutions under HMB, and no governor gave Ondo health workers their full federal salary. These are all of H.E. Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s legacy accomplishments. Additionally, we reassure him that our organization is prepared to spearhead His Excellency’s health reforms for the benefit of the populace.
The Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has been commended by the Ondo State Hospital Management Board (HMB) for approving the implementation of Grade Level 17 for pharmacists in the state health sector. The Board cited several noteworthy achievements that have greatly increased morale and productivity in the industry, including the adoption of the full Federal Government salary structure for health workers, the timely and regular payment of salaries, the integration of temporary employees into the regular workforce, and the approval of Level 17 for pharmacists.
The Board went on to say that the Governor is a God-sent leader whose people-centered policies are reorienting the health system and rebuilding trust among medical professionals.
The HMB expressed its sincere gratitude and reassured the Governor of its steadfast dedication to advancing and maintaining his health sector reforms. The Board promised to keep backing laws and initiatives that improve Ondo State residents’ access to high-quality healthcare services and their general well-being.
