In a remarkable milestone, Ondo State College of Health Technology, Akure has secured accreditation and re-accreditation for 12 programs from the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).
The programs, spanning community health, health information management, environmental health, and more, have been recognized for meeting national standards.

The accredited programs include:
1. ND Community Health
2. HND Community Health
3. ND Health Information Management
4. HND Health Information Management
5. ND Environmental Health Technology
6. HND Environmental Health Technology
7. ND Public Health Technology
8. ND Disease Control and Epidemiology
9. ND Health Promotion and Education
10. ND Dental Surgery Technology
11. ND Medical Laboratory Technology
12. Institutional Administration
In a remarkable feat, nine of these accredited programs have been introduced within just one year of the current Provost’s tenure, showcasing the College’s rapid growth and commitment to innovation.
All approved programs have been uploaded to the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) portal, making it easier for aspiring students to apply.
These programs will at the end culminate into the Award of HND Certificate and the graduands can proceed to National Youth Service.
